COEMAR HIGHLIGHTS TALENTS Got Talent takes Eastern Europe by storm with lighting by Coemar Castel Goffredo (Mantua), June 9th 2010. Coemar, a world leader in the entertainment lighting market, has helped to unearth new stars also in Eastern Europe. Successfully launched in the U.K. in 2007, Got Talent, the talent show for amateur artists, has just finished in Ukraine, duplicating the success of the previous year which saw 13 million spectators. For one evening the various contestants were illuminated by the same lights as those used for the great world artists, a deliberate contribution to the show by the light designer Maksim Balashov who used various Coemar projector models in order to create different atmospheres and emotions. The impressive lighting installation created entirely by the Italian company, comprising over one hundred and twenty projectors, illuminated a whole range of talents: dancers, singers, musicians, actors and many others. The winner of the 2009 edition, for example, was a young woman who creates exciting animations with sand. Not even one step of the artists escaped the notice of the follow spot Testa 2500 and Testa 1200, and every moment of the performances was highlighted by 60 iWash 575, 30 iSpot 1200 and 30 Infinity Wash XL. A great show where, under the lights of the Coemar projectors, amateurs become stars.
